The person making the reservation will be held responsible for any non-arrival/damage or loss irrespective of whether the booking was made for another person.

Cancellation or curtailment of your reservation

We are a small business with only 2 rooms, so cancellations and amendments have a significant impact on our business, so please let us know as soon as possible should it become necessary for you to cancel or curtail your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to the arrival date, we will refund any pre-payment made in full within 48 hours.

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date and we are unable to re-let the room(s),  you will be liable for the total charge for the period of your booking.  If you curtail your stay once you have arrived, the total charge will be made.

We will make every effort to re-let the room and if we are successful we will only charge you for those nights that we have been unable to re-sell.  If we have taken a deposit then this will be deducted from any charge that we need to make or refunded if we are successful in re-selling the whole period of your booking subject to a 10% deduction to cover administrative costs.

To cover any costs caused by you having to cancel, curtail or postpone your reservation, for whatever reason, we recommend that you take out appropriate cancellation/travel insurance.
